Please read the following frequently asked questions to learn more about us and our ordering process.


Q. Where can I see your prices?

A.Firstly to view prices on the site you must register,  you will then be able to see prices, and we do not pass on your details to anyone else. Follow this link to register.


Q. Do your prices include VAT?

A. No all our prices are excluding VAT.


Q. Is the price shown per item or pack?

A. All prices quoted are per single item unless otherwise stated.


Q. What is your minimum order amount?

A. Our minimum order amount for UK delivery is £100

We feel that the minimum ordering of £100 before delivery is fair and valid due to us being a wholesaler. Offering items in packs of six and twelve rather than one also means that we can deal with your order quicker and more efficiently while offering excellent pricing on delivery. We understand the frustration that can occur from this but we have found this to be the most effective method of custom.


Q. What are your trading terms?

A. Initial orders work on a proforma basis. Once you have dealt with us for a few orders you may apply for a 30 day credit account. If you would like to do so, please contact our Accounts department on 01754 899090.


Q. How can I pay?

A.  We accept credit or debit card (excluding Amex), paypal, bank transfer, cheque, or cash in person.


Q. Is my payment secure?

A.. Yes, our site and payment system is 100% secure, however if you don't want to enter your card details online then just select the cheque option and add a note in the special instructions box, then we will call you for your card details.


Q. Are the products displayed on the website in stock?

A. Everything on our website should be in stock, however sometimes orders do cross with each other and we are unable to mark the items out of stock in time. If this happens we will send you everything we have and we will refund any price difference caused by the shortage to your payment card.


Q. Can I pick and choose sizes/colours?

A. Most items come in assorted size / colour packs. Please look at the item description for a breakdown of sizes and colours per pack.


Q. What about free delivery?

A. Currently we are offering FREE delivery to UK addresses (excluding highlands and islands) when you spend over £300 exc. VAT.


Q. Do you provide samples?

A. Yes, we can sell you up to 6 samples, you may only choose the style number of the sample, sorry we cannot send specific sizes or colours. Recorded delivery postage will be charged on samples. If you require samples please telephone our Customer Service team on 01754 899090 or e-mail


Q. Are we able to visit your warehouse?

A. Yes, our showroom is open 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday.  Our postcode is PE25 3ST.  We recommend allowing 2 hours to view our extensive range of stock.


Q. Can I request you to make a different style of hat for me?

A. The majority of our hats are made in bulk and we cannot accept any requested designs/styles unless you are planning to order 1440 pieces or more.  A 50% deposit will be at the time of ordering and the balance payable when we receive the goods.
